Service Description

Doc Taj will assess your most pressing concern on the physical, mental, and spiritual spectrum. She will ask probing questions in order to produce the most suitable pathway. This service is available to 1st time clients only. In order for Doc Taj to conduct a successful analysis, it is important that you are prepared. Book a time that is quiet and distraction free. If you are not prepared by the time you FREE session starts, your appointment will be permanently cancelled.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes, you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure that we can accommodate all of our clients and manage our schedule effectively, we have established the following cancellation policy: Notice Period Cancellation: If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide us with at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client who may be waiting for an appointment. Rescheduling: You are welcome to reschedule your appointment without any penalty if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Late Cancellations and No-Shows Late Cancellations: If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the consultation fee will be charged. No-Shows: If you do not show up for your appointment and do not provide any notice, you will be charged the full consultation fee. Emergencies and Special Circumstances We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We will evaluate the situation on a case-by-case basis and will make a determination at our discretion. How to Cancel or Reschedule Prepaid Packages To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us by text at 317-772-0504. Please include with your name, appointment time, and reason for cancellation or why you are rescheduling. If you have purchased a prepaid package of consultations, please note that the cancellation policy applies to each individual session. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of that session from your package. Late Arrivals If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you; however, your session may be shortened to ensure that we stay on schedule for other clients.
